What Is a Co-Operating System?

You stay in control. You make the decisions. But now you have an AI that can read your files, understand your context, and execute on your behalf.

Minervia configures Claude Code for knowledge work, not just programming. The terminal is the point — no cluttered interfaces, no context-switching between apps, just you and a conversation that can actually do things.

Your notes become searchable context. Your projects become updatable. Your daily logs become a memory that persists. The AI augments your work instead of starting from scratch every time.

Co-operating

The hyphen matters. You're operating together — shared agency, not delegation. AI amplifies your thinking, doesn't replace it.

Operating System

Infrastructure for your knowledge work. The layer between thinking and doing that makes everything else work.

The Four Pillars

Four components that each do one thing well. Together, they become something greater than any single tool.

weekly-review

Process inbox and organize vault during weekly review. PARA methodology built-in.

Example Agent: Workflow Coordinator

Orchestration workflow-coordinator Analyzes requests, routes to specialized agents, synthesizes results

The workflow coordinator demonstrates multi-agent orchestration patterns. It doesn't do specialized work—it delegates to other agents and synthesizes their results.

Example workflow: "Create project plan and research brief" → coordinator applies mental model for prioritization → delegates to planning agent and research agent in parallel → synthesizes results → reports back with cohesive summary.

Build Your Own

These are examples and starting points. Minervia is designed to be extended. Create agents for your specific workflows—content production, consulting, development, research—whatever patterns you repeat.

What Changes

Before

Every AI conversation starts from zero. You re-explain context. Copy-paste between apps. The AI forgets everything the moment you close the window.

After

Your conversation has continuous context. Claude reads your vault, knows your projects, writes to your daily log. Each session makes the next one smarter.

"What did I write about X last month?"

→ It finds it.

"Draft the next section using my research notes."

→ It does.

"Add this to my project and update the status."

→ Done.

"Write this in my voice, not AI voice."

→ It learned.

Who This Is For

People who have tried productivity systems that didn't stick

Writers, researchers, and consultants who synthesize for a living

Anyone who wants AI that knows their context, not generic chatbots

Those willing to configure something once to have it work forever

Not for

People who want an app they can download and forget. This is infrastructure. You'll set it up. That's the point.

If Your Brain Works Differently

ADHD, executive dysfunction, or just a brain that doesn't fit the "consistency is a given" mold? Most productivity systems aren't designed for you. Minervia assumes you won't maintain it perfectly — and works anyway.

External memory

The vault remembers what you forget. Ask "what was I working on?" and get an actual answer from your files.

No guilt mechanics

No streaks. No badges. Didn't touch it for two weeks? Claude picks up where you left off without comment.
